First things first. Download a free version of something like Photoshop. I recommend gimp or gimp2.
Once you have done the downloading, find a picture of whatever you want to make pop art. Then paste it into the page. In the corner of the screen there will be boxes. Click on the one that says Color and then click levels. This makes the picture darker, so make it darker. Also on the color tab is something called Invert. This changes your picture into a completely different color and setting. Now you have two copies of the same picture. Play around with the different color features. When you get at least four different versions of your picture, paste them together and whala! You have colorful pop art!
